- Where is the salon located?
- My studio is on Kootwijkerschans in Nieuwegein (3432CX). Since I work from home, I share the exact address once your appointment is confirmed.
- Do you offer home visits?
- Yes. I come to you in Nieuwegein and the immediate area — normally within about 4 km of my studio, which includes IJsselstein. Live further out, in Houten or Utrecht for example? Send me a message and we'll see what works. Home visits have a €40 minimum spend on treatments.
- How do I book an appointment?
- Everything goes through WhatsApp on +31 6 13619572. You can message me directly, or fill in the form on the contact page — it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message. I work by appointment only, so walk-ins aren't possible.
- What are your opening hours?
- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00, by appointment. I'm closed on Sundays. Same-day appointments are often still possible — feel free to ask.
- How can I pay?
- Cash or via Tikkie.
- Can I cancel or reschedule?
- Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Just let me know on WhatsApp and we'll find a new time together.
- Which types of wax do you use?
- You can choose between Honey, Rica and Brazilian Bean wax. On the services page you can view prices per wax type — they adjust automatically to your choice.
- Which languages do you speak?
- I speak English and Hindi, and I'm currently learning Dutch. Feel free to talk to me in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
- Are you certified?
- Yes. I'm a certified beautician and makeup artist through Lakmé Institute and VLCC Institute, two well-respected beauty academies.
